The sad truth is yes. Automation will lead to a loss of jobs.
We provide robotic automation processes for companies and is perhaps one of the most common questions we do.
So much of what I do is to replace humans with our software. No reasonable person can argue that not lead to a loss of jobs.
Therefore you will lose a lot of jobs. However, there will be new ones created as well. So this is what will happen.
Automation will result in a loss of jobs. Displace low-skilled to semi-skilled workers.

People will quickly begin to realize that some fields can be easily automated. Then the demand would. New student will not take in these fields, people will start avoiding these fields.
The new fields of automation will open (this will happen mainly in computer science). People will change over here. This is the new demand to be created.
So overall there will be a loss of jobs (and indeed short period) many people to be unemployed due to automation. However, due to the automation itself be a field that is growing that position of workers in these fields will be equivalent to the new demand in the field of automation.
This is not something that has not happened before. In fact this is very common. Look industrial automation. This is exactly what happened there.
So you need to know is that what ‘s happening now is invisible so no one can say with certainty, the number of jobs created and how automation can not. There is no solid research saying that my argument is correct. The reason is the new everything.
I recently wrote an article about what jobs are safe automation, so of course not every job will be automated. That is also the guarantee.
However one can not deny that it will lead to a lot of people losing their jobs.
