Measurement choices
If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, the website shows a measurement preferences banner. Non-essential analytics and advertising storage is denied by default until you accept measurement. You can decline measurement and still use the website and contact form. You can reopen preferences from this page or the footer.
Information you send
When you submit the contact form, Aitomation receives the details you provide, including your name, company, email address and workflow message. Aitomation uses this to assess fit and respond by email.
Lead attribution
The contact form may include page URL, landing page URL, referrer, strategic page journey context, normalized traffic channel and campaign parameters such as UTM tags, Google click identifiers, Meta click identifiers and Microsoft click identifiers. This helps us understand which channels and decision paths produce relevant enterprise enquiries.
Lead fit signals
The form may calculate non-PII routing fields such as buyer intent, response target, reply-due timestamp, urgency band, email domain type, workflow status, message detail level, submission timestamp, form engagement timing, lead quality tier, lead quality weight, company website presence and lead fit summary. These fields help route enquiries and measure lead quality without sending names, email addresses, company names or message text to analytics events.
Analytics and pixels
The website is prepared for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and similar measurement tools. These tools may use cookies or browser identifiers to measure visits, conversions and campaign performance.
Browser storage
The website may use browser storage to remember measurement preferences, preserve session campaign attribution such as landing page, UTM values and normalized traffic channel, remember non-PII strategic journey signals such as last high-intent page and journey buyer intent, and carry non-PII lead context, such as buyer intent, source page, service or industry context, submission timestamp, reply-due timestamp, message detail level, form engagement band, ROI estimate, lead priority, lead quality tier, lead quality weight, lead route, recommended next step and response target, from the contact form to the thank-you conversion event.
Service providers
Aitomation uses third-party providers for website hosting, form processing, analytics and advertising measurement. These providers process data under their own infrastructure and controls.
How we use information
We use enquiry and analytics information to respond to business requests, improve the website, understand campaign performance, qualify service fit and maintain operational records.
