Very simple……..On an average we search over 75,000 records per month one by one. We were charged 0.04 cents per manual search, which would add up to over $3000 per month. We would have to work on this around the clock, from 8-15 hours daily. 5 days a week…. Now spending money on these scripts and we only need 3 different types of macros to complete this job, saving us over 35k a year. This macros can ring back up to 20,000 records in under 8rhs…So now where able to increase that 75,000 to over 100,000 records. Saving us thousands of dollars.
And while the macros does he job by just a simple click from the mouse, it always us to spend more hours daily, figuring out ways to grow our business instead of managing and making sure they get the records done in a timely manner.
